KevhSites Technologies provides web development, design, and digital marketing services including:

• Custom website development and design
• E-commerce solutions and integrations
• Mobile-responsive web applications
• SEO optimization and digital marketing
• Website maintenance and support

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Supply necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to communications and feedback requests promptly
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights

Payment terms and conditions:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Additional features or scope changes may incur extra charges
• Late payments may result in project suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays may occur due to:

• Late delivery of client materials
• Scope changes or additional requirements
• Technical complexities or third-party dependencies
• Force majeure events

Intellectual property rights are distributed as follows:

• Client owns the final delivered website and content
• KevhSites retains rights to development methodologies and frameworks
• Third-party components remain property of their respective owners
• Client must have rights to all provided content and materials

Our revision policy includes:

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions included in base package
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Major scope changes require separate agreement
• Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for breach of terms
• For non-payment of fees

Upon termination, client pays for work completed to date.
